Complete rules for using the site

This document serves as a legal agreement between 189 bet and the user. "Platform" refers to the 189 bet website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who is registered with 189 bet and uses the platform.

"Bet" refers to placing a specific amount of money on a sports or casino game through the platform. "Wallet" or "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of money currently in the user's 189 bet account. "Bonus Funds" refers to money granted under a promotion that cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.

These terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh. By using any service on the platform, the user acknowledges that they have read these terms and fully agree to them.

Only one account is permitted per person. Attempting to open multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, or from the same device will be considered a violation of these terms and the relevant accounts may be suspended.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. 189 bet reserves the right to cancel an account at any time if it is registered with false or incorrect information. If any information needs to be changed, the customer service team must be contacted.

All services on 189 bet are for persons aged 21 or above only. No one under the age of 21 may open an account or use the platform.

As part of account verification, 189 bet may at any time request documents related to the user's identity, proof of age, or payment method. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account's activity may be temporarily restricted.

189 bet currently supports transactions for Bangladeshi users via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method)
• Only payment methods registered in the account holder's own name may be used
• Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited
• No transactions via cryptocurrency are accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing normally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is approved
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met
• Winnings from betting can only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, wagering of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagering is required to withdraw the bonus.

5.2 Weekly and Seasonal Bonuses

The following rules must be followed when participating in sports betting and casino games on 189 bet.

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

• Once a bet is placed it generally cannot be cancelled — exceptions apply before an event starts where applicable
• 189 bet reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a system or technical error
• Bets accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect or abnormal may be considered void
• Bets on a match or event can be placed up until the event starts (and during the event for live betting)

6.2 If a Match is Cancelled or Postponed

If a sports event is fully cancelled, the bet amount placed on that event will be refunded. If a match is postponed after a certain amount of time has been completed, the result will be determined according to 189 bet's sports division rules.

6.3 Suspicious Activity

Match fixing, use of insider information, or artificially manipulating betting strategy is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant bets and winnings may be cancelled.

189 bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these terms and conditions
• Registration using false or misleading information
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Confirmed to be a minor
• The user requests account closure themselves

A user may contact 189 bet's support team to raise an objection against an account closure decision. The return of any remaining balance in an account closed for legitimate reasons will be reviewed.

189 bet uses SSL encryption technology to keep users' information and financial transactions secure. However, the security of the user's own device or internet connection is the user's own responsibility.

Sharing account login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If there is any concern that account security has been compromised, the password must be changed immediately and the support team must be notified.

189 bet believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial problems. Users of the site are encouraged to set their own financial limits before playing.
